**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Pharmacy Technician – Data Entry & Customer Service (On-Site) at arenaflex, you will be responsible for performing order entry tasks, collaborating with other team members in the medication dispensing process, and providing exceptional customer service to our patients and customers. You will work in a closed-door pharmacy setting, where you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our patients and customers.
**Day in the Life**
As an Experienced Pharmacy Technician – Data Entry & Customer Service (On-Site) at arenaflex, your day will be filled with a variety of tasks and responsibilities, including:
* Triaging customer service requests by department, urgency, and information/response required
* Calculating and/or verifying correct dosage based on prescriptions
* Assisting in reviewing narcotic Rx's in a timely manner
* Providing dispensing pharmacists with information regarding allergies and drug interactions, therapeutic duplications, and other items that the computer flags
* Creating and maintaining accurate customer records

**Required Qualifications**
To be considered for this role, you must possess:
* Certification/licensed/registered pharmacy technician or as required by state law
* One (1) or more years of experience as a pharmacy technician or working in a call center
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, we welcome candidates with:
* Prior experience in the long-term care industry
* PTCB National Certification
**Education**
A verifiable High School Diploma or GED is required.
**Pay Range**
The typical pay range for this role is:
$17.00 - $28.46
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.
