About the Role As a Pharmacy Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with clients, pharmacies, and claimants to ensure seamless and accurate service. Key Responsibilities Prepare, input, and support claimant profiles in our pharmacy network, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Assist pharmacies in the adjudication of claimant medications, providing timely and effective support. Coordinate and liaise with client adjusters, pharmacies, and claimants to ensure all medication benefits are assigned accurately in multiple systems. Support client needs on requirements for claimant medications, providing reporting and data as required. Manage and update client and claimant information in multiple systems, maintaining data integrity and confidentiality. Adjust to changing processes and needs of various clients, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability. Answer questions from claimants, adjusters, and pharmacies on any topic related to the claimant's current or previous medications, providing clear and concise information. Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the team. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: 3 years of related customer service or telephonic experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Proficiency in computer software skills, including Microsoft Office, and the ability to learn new programs quickly. Excellent communication skills, including active listening, clear and concise writing, and effective telephone etiquette. Ability to handle and manage significant email and phone communications, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to adjust to changing situations. Exceptional written grammatical skills, with excellent editing, grammar, and spelling abilities. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are desirable: Experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting, with knowledge of medical terminology and procedures. Familiarity with Workers Compensation benefit management and related regulations. Certification in customer service or a related field, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and continuous learning.
