About the Role We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Pharmacy Customer Service Representative to work in a remote capacity, primarily on weekends. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that claimants receive the medication benefits they need in a timely and efficient manner. This position offers a unique opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home on weekends, with a schedule that includes alternating weekends on a 4-day, 10-hour weekly schedule. Key Responsibilities As a Pharmacy Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include: Preparing, inputting, and supporting claimant profiles in our pharmacy network Assisting pharmacies in the adjudication of claimant medications Coordinating and liaising with client adjusters, pharmacies, and claimants to ensure accurate assignment of medication benefits in multiple systems Supporting client needs on requirements for claimant medications with reporting and data Managing and updating client and claimant information in multiple systems Adjusting to changing processes and needs of various clients Answering questions from claimants, adjusters, and pharmacies on any topic related to the claimant's current or previous medications Performing other duties as assigned Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: 3 years of related customer service or telephonic experience and/or training preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience Proficiency in computer software skills, including Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new programs Excellent communication skills, including active listening and the ability to ask the right questions in a fast-moving environment Strong written grammatical skills, with the ability to read and interpret documents such as letters and reports Exceptional telephone etiquette and customer service skills The ability to work independently and as part of a dedicated team Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience working in a remote or virtual environment Familiarity with pharmacy networks and medication benefits Knowledge of Workers Compensation benefit management Experience working with multiple software systems and learning new programs Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Communication skills : The ability to communicate effectively with claimants, adjusters, pharmacies, and other stakeholders Problem-solving skills : The ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions Time management skills : The ability to prioritize tasks and manage your time effectively in a fast-paced environment Adaptability : The ability to adjust to changing processes and needs of various clients Attention to detail : The ability to accurately input and manage data in multiple systems Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
