About the Role As a Pharmacy Customer Service Associate at Walgreens, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing them with a positive and engaging experience. Your responsibilities will include registering sales, resolving customer complaints, and offering personalized recommendations. You will also work closely with pharmacists to ensure accurate and efficient processing of prescriptions, as well as performing various administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities Customer Experience: Greet customers and offer assistance with products and services. Resolve customer complaints and answer inquiries to ensure a positive experience. Model and convey a particular and great client experience, including relational propensities and Walgreens administration qualities. Data Entry & Pharmacy Support: Registers client buys on doled out sales register, collects cash and disseminates change as mentioned. Processes voids, returns, postponements, discounts, and trades depending on the situation. Uses drug store frameworks to enter patient and medication data, guaranteeing data is placed accurately. Helps drug specialists in booking and keeping up with work process. Operational Tasks: Keeps counters and retires spotless and very much promoted, takes stock, and keeps up with records. Checks in and costs stock as required or as coordinated by senior supervisor or imparted by the shift chief. Performs obligations as relegated by Drug store Director, Staff Drug specialist, and Senior supervisor. Additional Responsibilities: Handles calls that don't need individual consideration of the drug specialist, including those to doctors. Processes manual cases for outsider program remedy administrations in a convenient and productive way. Assists with division of food things and item position as determined by strategies/methods. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. Conversant in perusing, composing, and communicating in English (Besides in Puerto Rico). Eagerness to work adaptable timetable, including nights and end of the week hours. Preferred Qualifications Half a year of involvement in a retail climate. Previous work insight with Walgreens. Great numerical abilities so they can fill remedies precisely, including counting, estimating, and gauging prescriptions. Great PC abilities. Information on store stock control. PTCB confirmation. Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask with ease. Additionally, you will need to be proficient in using various software systems and technology, including pharmacy management systems.
