Job Summary The Pharmacy Customer Service Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and supporting the pharmacy team in various administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities Model and convey a positive and great client experience, ensuring that customers receive considerate, fair, and professional service Register sales on assigned sales register, provide clients with efficient checkout service, and process transactions accurately Assist the pharmacist, under direct supervision, in the practice of pharmacy, including utilizing pharmacy systems to acquire patient and medication data and process prescriptions Engage clients and patients by greeting them, offering help with items and services, and resolving customer issues to ensure a positive experience Model and offer customer support best practices with all colleagues, including relational habits and blithequark service qualities Perform various administrative tasks, such as taking inventory, maintaining records, and checking in and pricing stock as required Support the pharmacy team in maintaining a clean and well-organized store environment, including counters, retires, and OTC walkway Process manual cases for third-party program prescription services, perform other administrative duties as assigned, and maintain knowledge of store systems and equipment Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field Ability to read, write, and communicate in English (except in Puerto Rico) Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours Strong numerical abilities, including counting, measuring, and weighing prescriptions Good computer skills and knowledge of store inventory control PTCB certification (or willingness to obtain) Preferred Qualifications At least six months of experience in a retail environment Previous work experience with blithequark Good numerical abilities, including counting, measuring, and weighing prescriptions Strong computer skills and knowledge of store inventory control PTCB certification Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
