Job Summary As a Pharmacist for Centralized Services at blithequark, you will play a critical role in driving patient well-being results and improving healthcare outcomes. You will be responsible for executing patient intervention pharmacy programs, ensuring compliance with clinical pharmacy services, and driving financial performance by executing pharmacy programs to maximize reimbursements. You will work remotely and be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care. Key Responsibilities Carry out direct patient care programs, including Drug Treatment Management programs, Vaccination Services, and Payer and Pharma Adherence and Clinical Projects. Drive the execution of various strategies and initiatives to ensure business needs are being met. Ensure regional pharmacies comply with regulatory compliance, standard operating systems, and FDA guidelines. Drive local pharmacy financial performance by aligning business strategies to the organization's financial goals. Provide expertise, resources, training, and support to pharmacists and field initiatives. Conduct data and clinical reviews and make necessary adjustments to ensure the accuracy and propriety of prescriptions. Review patient profiles to ensure proper and safe medication treatment. Provide clinical counsel and information to patients, physicians, and insurance plans as needed. Respond to inquiries and provide information related to patient care. Perform other work consistent with the job obligations as assigned by management. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A current Pharmacist license as granted by the appropriate state licensing authority. Experience motivating colleagues to research and resolve issues. Experience working with confidential information. The ability to work non-standard hours, which may include nights, events, and/or weekends. Experience using time management skills, such as prioritizing/organizing and following details and meeting time constraints of various projects with varying completion dates. Experience creating ways to achieve goals with minimal supervision, relying on oneself to complete goals, and determining when escalation of issues is necessary. Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services and assessment of customer satisfaction. The ability to travel up to 10% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state). Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Willingness to obtain other state pharmacy licenses if necessary. Knowledge of insurance plans. Knowledge of PC operating systems, including Radio, Commitment, and Plus. Essential level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
