About the Role As a Pharmacist in our Centralized Services team, you'll be responsible for executing medical services methodologies, driving patient intervention programs, and ensuring compliance with clinical pharmacy services. Your expertise will be crucial in maximizing reimbursements, improving patient outcomes, and fostering strong relationships with clinical networks. Key Responsibilities Carry out direct patient care programs, including Drug Therapy Management, Vaccination Services, and Payer and Pharma Adherence and Clinical Projects. Drive the execution of various strategies and initiatives to ensure business needs are met, and lead quality improvement efforts to enhance patient care and services. Develop and implement patient intervention programs to maximize financial performance while improving patient outcomes. Provide expertise, resources, training, and support to pharmacists and field leaders, and promote collaboration and motivation among Pharmacy staff. Conduct data and clinical reviews, and take corrective actions to ensure accuracy and propriety of prescriptions. Review patient profiles to ensure safe and effective medication therapy, and provide personalized patient/supplier counseling. Respond to patient inquiries, and provide clinical counsel and information to patients, physicians, and insurance plans as needed. Perform other duties as assigned by management, and comply with company policies, procedures, and HIPAA regulations. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: A current Pharmacist license issued by the appropriate state licensing authority. A Bachelor's degree or higher. Experience motivating colleagues to investigate and resolve issues. Experience working with confidential information. The ability to work non-standard hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Experience working with minimal supervision, and making decisions on when to escalate issues. Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to meet quality standards and assess customer satisfaction. The ability to travel up to 10% of the time for business purposes. Preferred Qualifications To take your application to the next level, you'll ideally have: Willingness to obtain additional state pharmacist licenses as required. Knowledge of insurance plans and pharmacy operations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Basic skills in data analysis and reporting.
