Key Responsibilities Carry out direct patient care programs, including Drug Treatment Management programs, Vaccination Services, and Payer and Pharma Adherence and Clinical Projects. Drive the execution of various strategies and initiatives to ensure business needs are being met, and guarantee region pharmacies comply with regulatory compliance, standard operating systems, and FDA guidelines. Lead local pharmacy financial performance by aligning business strategies to company financial goals, and execute patient intervention pharmacy projects to maximize financial performance. Support efforts to improve patient experience by increasing focus on healthcare services, such as patient consultation, prescription management, and medication therapy reviews. Provide expertise, resources, training, and support to pharmacists and field leadership, and promote collaboration and motivate Pharmacy staff by fostering a shared vision and supporting company policies, strategies, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity. Conduct data and clinical reviews, and make necessary adjustments to ensure accuracy and propriety of prescriptions. Review medication profiles and patient profiles to ensure proper and safe medication treatment, and provide personalized patient/supplier consultation. Respond to patient inquiries, and provide clinical counsel and information to patients, physicians, and insurance plans as needed. Perform other work consistent with the job obligations in this record as assigned by management. Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications: Current Pharmacist license as granted by the appropriate state licensing authority. Experience motivating colleagues to investigate and resolve issues. Experience working with confidential information. Able to work non-standard hours, which may include nights, holidays, and/or weekends. Experience utilizing time management skills, such as prioritizing/organizing and following details, and meeting time constraints of various projects with varying completion dates. Experience creating ways to achieve goals with minimal supervision, relying on oneself to complete goals, and determining when escalation of issues is necessary. Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction. Able to travel up to 10% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state). Preferred Qualifications In addition to the essential qualifications, the following preferred qualifications will be considered an asset: Willingness to obtain other state pharmacy licenses if necessary. Knowledge of insurance plans. Knowledge of PC operating systems, including Radio, Commitment, and Plus. Basic level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
