**Job Summary**

As a Performance Data Analyst, you will be responsible for providing analytical support to Contact Centers and pre-arrival Walt Disney World Commerce. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights to inform business decisions. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, complex environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Conduct forecasting, ad-hoc modeling, and deep-dive analysis to inform business decisions
* Monitor agent performance, proactively identify areas for improvement, and develop personalized analyses from start to finish
* Build dashboards and visualizations to tell compelling stories with data
* Present and discuss findings, insights, and recommendations to Senior Leadership and business partners
* Create, maintain, audit, and optimize reports and documents used to support various business programs
* Execute programs critical to the business operation under strict timelines

**Measurement and Analytics**

* Leverage multiple reporting tools and databases (Tableau, Snowflake, Hadoop, Dataiku, Excel, etc.) to conduct analyses and build/maintain reports
* Monitor data quality and accuracy; improve if needed
* Collaborate with team members, leaders, and business partners to answer business questions with sound quantitative analyses and reproducible results
* Apply advanced analytical techniques to test hypotheses and extract actionable insights
* Stay up-to-date with current data technology trends and share knowledge and best practices with team members

**Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of quantitative, non-internship experience in an analytical role
* Familiarity with forecasting, including conventional statistical techniques and/or machine learning or deep learning techniques
* Proactive interest in understanding the "Why" behind performance, decisions, etc.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks and complete projects on time
* Effective communication skills (verbal, written, and visual)
* Desire to excel in a fast-paced, complex, and ambiguous business environment
* Experience with SQL and R or Python

**Nice-to-Haves**

* Solid knowledge of statistical inference and proven experience in applying statistical rigor to analyses
* Knowledge of data visualization best practices and experience with data visualization tools, including Tableau or Power BI
* Excellent SQL skills and fluency in R or Python
* Ability to quickly adapt and learn new tools and skills
* Ability to maintain and develop relationships with partners/clients/team members
* Graduate degree and/or 4+ years of relevant experience in analytics or data science
