Our Consumer Insight, Measurement & Analytics (CIMA) division is at the forefront of this effort, harnessing the power of data analytics to inform business decisions and drive growth. Within CIMA, the DTOA team is responsible for leveraging cutting-edge analytics practices to optimize our digital and contact channels, ensuring that every guest interaction is seamless, engaging, and memorable. **Job Summary** As a Performance Data Analyst at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in driving business outcomes and enhancing guest experiences through data-driven insights. You'll work closely with our contact centers and pre-arrival Walt Disney World Commerce teams to analyze performance data, identify areas for improvement, and develop actionable recommendations to drive business growth. This is a remote role, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while collaborating with our dynamic team. **Key Responsibilities** * Conduct forecasting, advert hoc modeling, and deep-dive analysis to inform business decisions * Monitor agent performance, proactively identify areas for improvement, and develop personalized analyses from start to finish * Build compelling stories with data through visualizations and presentations * Present findings, insights, and recommendations to Senior Leadership and business partners * Create, maintain, audit, and optimize reports and documents used to support various programs * Execute programs critical to business operations under strict timelines **Measurement and Analytics** * Leverage multiple reporting tools and databases (Tableau, Snowflake, Hadoop, Dataiku, Excel, etc.) to conduct analyses and build/preserve reports * Monitor data quality and accuracy; improve if needed * Collaborate with team members, leaders, and business partners to answer summary business questions with sound quantitative analyses and reproducible results * Apply progressive analytic techniques to test hypotheses and extract actionable insights * Stay up-to-date with today's data technology trends and share knowledge and best practices with team members **We're Looking for Someone with:** * Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of quantitative, non-internship experience in an analytical role * Familiarity with forecasting, including conventional statistical techniques and/or machine learning or deep learning techniques * Proactive interest in understanding the "Why" behind performance, decisions, etc. * Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks and complete projects on time * Effective communication skills (verbal, written, and visual) * Desire to excel in a fast-paced, complex, and ambiguous business environment * Experience with SQL and R or Python **Nice-to-Haves:** * Solid knowledge of statistical inference and proven experience in applying statistical rigor to analyses * Knowledge of data visualization best practices and experience with data visualization tools, including Tableau or Power BI * Excellent SQL skills and fluency in R or Python * Ability to quickly adapt and learn new tools and skills * Ability to maintain and develop relationships with partners/clients/team members * Graduate degree and/or 4+ years of relevant experience in analytics or data science **What We Offer:** * Competitive hourly rate of $25-40/hour * Opportunity to work with a dynamic team in a fast-paced, innovative environment * Flexible remote work arrangement * Professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and career growth * Collaborative and inclusive company culture * Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off **How to Apply:** If you're a motivated and analytical individual with a passion for data-driven insights, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
