Job Overview
arenaflex's Patient Customer Service department is seeking talented and enthusiastic customer service professionals to join our team. As a Patient Customer Service Support Representative, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to patients, healthcare providers, and insurance carriers. Key Responsibilities

Answer a high volume of inbound calls (80+ per day) from patients, healthcare providers, and insurance carriers, providing timely and effective solutions to their inquiries and concerns.
Initiate payment plans for patients with outstanding balances, ensuring that they receive the necessary support and guidance to manage their accounts.
Utilize multiple resources and systems to resolve patient inquiries and issues while on the phone, demonstrating a high level of proficiency and accuracy.
Maintain performance goals and metrics, consistently meeting or exceeding targets to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
Participate in a structured training program to become proficient in our processes and systems, demonstrating a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.


Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a healthcare or call center environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with patients and provide personalized support.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Proficiency in navigating multiple computer screens and applications, with excellent alpha-numeric data entry skills.
Dedicated work-from-home space with a reliable internet connection (minimum 50 megabytes per second download speed) and the ability to connect equipment to a router/modem with an Ethernet cord.
