Job Overview We are looking for a highly motivated and compassionate Patient Customer Service Support Representative to join our team. As a valued member of our team, you will help deliver exemplary customer experiences through innovation and continuous improvement. This is a remote opportunity, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home, with a dedicated schedule of Monday-Friday, 11am-8pm EST. Key Responsibilities Answer 80+ inbound calls per day from patients, doctor's offices, and/or private insurance carriers, providing empathetic support and resolving inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Initiate payment plans for patients with outstanding balances, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience. Routinely utilize multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries while on the phone, demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Maintain performance goals, consistently meeting or exceeding targets, and demonstrating a commitment to continuous improvement. Ability to become proficient with processes after completing a structured training program, demonstrating a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures. Essential Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a foundation in education and a commitment to learning. Previous medical and/or call center experience is a plus, although not required, as we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success. Dedicated work-from-home space, with a reliable internet connection and the ability to manage time and tasks independently while maintaining productivity. Technical requirements, including an internet download speed of at least 50 megabytes per second, no satellite internet, and the ability to connect equipment to a router/modem with an Ethernet cord. Preferred Qualifications Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner. Ability to work and learn in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in the face of changing priorities and deadlines. Attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of work. Perform successfully in a team environment, demonstrating a commitment to collaboration and teamwork. Excellent organization skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency navigating multiple computer screens and applications, with alpha-numeric data entry proficiency.
