**Experienced Patient Customer Service Representative – 11am-8pm EST Remote Opportunity**

**Responsibilities**
As a Patient Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Answering 80+ inbound calls per day from patients, doctor's offices, and/or private insurance carriers
* Initiating payment plans for patients with outstanding balances
* Utilizing multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries while on the phone
* Maintaining performance goals and becoming proficient with processes after completing a structured training program
* Working collaboratively with our team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* The ability to work and learn in a fast-paced environment
* Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
* Proficiency navigating multiple computer screens and applications
* Alpha-Numeric data entry proficiency
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to perform successfully in a team environment
* The ability to manage time and tasks independently while maintaining productivity
**Requirements**
To be considered for this role, you will need:
* A High School Diploma or equivalent
* A dedicated work-from-home space with a reliable internet connection (at least 50 megabytes per second download speed)
* The ability to connect equipment to a router/modem with an Ethernet cord (no satellite internet, Wi-Fi, mobile routers, or mobile hotspots with Ethernet ports)
* Previous medical and/or call center experience is a plus
**Technical Requirements**
* A computer with a reliable internet connection and a headset
* Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent
* Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools

The pay range for this role is $15.25-$21.00 per hour, or the state/local minimum wage, if higher.
