We are seeking an experienced Patient Advocate Data Entry Specialist to join our Customer Success team, where you will play a vital role in ensuring the timely and accurate management of patient orders. **Job Summary:** As a Patient Advocate Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for translating critical healthcare information and test orders from test request forms into our database accurately and timely. You will review received orders for required elements, effectively communicate missing elements, and ensure a high level of quality throughput. Your attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities will enable you to provide exceptional support to our patients and healthcare providers. **Responsibilities:** • Translate critical healthcare information and test orders from test request forms into our database accurately and timely. • Review received orders for required elements and effectively communicate missing elements to patients and healthcare providers. • Ensure a high level of quality throughput, adhering to CLIA and HIPAA regulations. • Collaborate with the Customer Success team to resolve and prevent customer issues, ensuring a positive patient experience. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, adhering to arenaflex's data management policies and procedures. • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in healthcare information management. **Qualifications:** • Data entry experience, preferably in a medical setting. • High School diploma or equivalent. • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy. • Quick learner with problem-solving and research abilities. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with patients, healthcare providers, and internal stakeholders. • Adaptability to changing policies and procedures, with a willingness to learn and grow. • Proficiency in Windows and Internet Browsers. • Preferred 6 months to 1 year of medical setting experience. • Preference given to higher net typing speed applicants. **Physical Requirements:** • Sedentary work or exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally. • Stationary positioning, moving, communicating, and observing. • Use of equipment and tools necessary to perform essential functions of the job. **Work Environment and Company Culture:** At arenaflex, we value diversity, inclusion, and belonging.
