This is a part-time role, offering a competitive salary of $25 per hour, and the flexibility to work in a fast-paced distribution center environment. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our warehouse, packing, loading, and shipping products to our stores and guests. Key Responsibilities Follow all safety strategies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all colleagues. Attend safety training sessions to learn how to work safely in a high-speed distribution center environment. Pack, load, and ship products to stores and guests, ensuring accurate handling and timely delivery. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, adhering to all safety and quality standards. Report to work on time and complete tasks as assigned, with a focus on efficiency and productivity. Participate in problem-solving to support continuous improvement and process enhancements. Maintain a positive and respectful attitude while working independently and in a team environment. Work Requirements To be successful in this role, you must be able to: Lift and carry stock weighing 35-50 lbs. frequently throughout a shift. Lift and carry stock weighing up to 60 lbs. occasionally throughout a shift. Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts. Maintain a positive and respectful attitude while working independently and in a team environment. Use basic mathematical skills (counting, addition, subtraction) accurately. Read and understand labels, tickets, and other product documentation accurately. Use computer systems or handheld devices with minimal direction after receiving training. Communicate effectively in written and oral English, with adequate proficiency to follow safety and other procedures, training sessions, and instructions. Qualifications and Skills We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled individual with: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on safety and efficiency. Basic mathematical skills and attention to detail. Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, and stand for long periods. Positive and respectful attitude, with a commitment to teamwork and continuous improvement.
