Job Summary As a Part-Time Temporary Planner, you will be responsible for all aspects of planning the Mushroom Short Course. This is a temporary position with limited scope, offering an opportunity to work remotely and be part of a dynamic team. We seek a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can work independently and collaboratively to drive success. Key Responsibilities Plan and coordinate the Mushroom Short Course, including logistics, scheduling, and communication. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of the course. Develop and maintain accurate records and reports related to the course. Provide exceptional customer service and respond to inquiries from participants and stakeholders. Work closely with the Penn State University team to ensure alignment with University policies and procedures. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree or currently enrolled in a degree program. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace. Preferred Qualifications Experience in event planning or a related field. Familiarity with Penn State University policies and procedures. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you will need: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
