**Key Responsibilities**
As a Success Coach, your primary responsibilities will include:

* Clarifying policies, regulations, and program guidelines to Host Families and Au Pairs, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
* Conducting in-home family interviews and visits to ensure comprehension of program requirements, promoting a deeper understanding of the Au Pair Program.
* Facilitating in-home orientations upon the arrival of new Au Pairs, ensuring a warm welcome and a successful integration into the family.
* Engaging in regular communication with families and Au Pairs, both via phone and in person, to address any needs or concerns they may have.
* Organizing regular in-person cultural events for Au Pairs to foster community, promote cultural exchange, and create lasting memories.

**Compensation and Benefits**
Compensation is tiered based on the number of active families you represent. For an area with six active families, you'll dedicate approximately 1.4 hours weekly, with a projected annual income of up to $4,500. By growing your roster to at least eleven families, your weekly hours could increase to 3.0, leading to an estimated yearly income of $9,300. As an independent contractor, payment is issued monthly for services rendered in the prior month, with an hourly equivalent of roughly $60, subject to variation based on client alterations throughout the year.
