About the Role We're seeking an experienced Part-Time Sr. Strategy Analyst to join our team in Brooklyn. As a Sr. Strategy Analyst, you'll play a critical role in driving business growth and success by providing strategic insights and recommendations to our leadership team. Your expertise in valuation and pricing will be instrumental in helping us make informed decisions that drive business outcomes. Key Responsibilities As a Sr. Strategy Analyst, you'll be responsible for: Leading cost execution processes to ensure accurate and timely delivery of cost changes across the portfolio for Center and LS organizations. Developing and maintaining end-to-end valuation processes across internal systems of record. Managing partner relationships in cross-functional teams, including Finance, Creative Services, Information Technology, and Retail Store directors. Fostering expertise on the valuation item hierarchy to identify and address errors and develop recommendations for improved efficiency. Designing automation solutions to improve productivity and precision using SQL, Power BI, and other coding tools. Planning and executing rollout of cycles for future critical valuation initiatives. Developing reporting dashboards for metrics relevant to the team and business, such as valuation revenue delivered during a promotional period. Qualifications and Requirements We're looking for candidates with: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as finance, accounting, or business administration. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and ability to identify errors in data reporting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and manage relationships with cross-functional teams. Proven project management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines. Knowledge of data management tools, including Excel, SQL, Power BI, and programming languages like Python/PySpark (desired).
