About the Role In this exciting role, you will be the bridge between our sales and support teams, ensuring that our sales processes run smoothly and our customers receive an outstanding support experience. As a Part-Time Sales Enablement & Customer Success Student, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including live chat and first-level support, contract and payment management, and onboarding and system setup for new customers. You will work closely with our internal teams to resolve customer inquiries efficiently and provide a seamless experience. Key Responsibilities Live Chat & First-Level Support: Manage live chat and respond to initial inquiries from potential and existing customers, assessing and categorizing requests to determine the best course of action. Contract & Payment Management: Handle contract and payment processes after a successful customer acquisition, creating and managing subscriptions in our system and ensuring smooth billing processes. Onboarding & System Setup: Assist with onboarding new customers, setting up their systems, and providing an optimal start with our platform, collaborating closely with our Customer Success team to continuously improve the onboarding process. Requirements To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business Administration, Marketing, Business Psychology, Communication, or a related field. Some practical experience in marketing or sales, either through internships or part-time jobs, is a plus. Interest in SaaS, sales, and hybrid work environments, with a desire to understand how modern companies operate. Analytical mindset and ability to use data and insights to make informed decisions. Basic knowledge of HubSpot or other CRM systems is an advantage, but not required. Self-motivated and hands-on, with the ability to work independently and proactively tackle new topics.
