About the Role We are seeking an experienced and motivated Part-Time Retail Security Officer to join our team. As a Security Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our clients' properties, including commercial real estate, healthcare, education, government, and more. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities. Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, adapting to varying working environments and conditions. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless security operations, sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance overall security performance. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry best practices and regulatory requirements. Minimum Requirements To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must meet the following minimum requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience in a related field. Pass a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws, as a condition of employment. Pass a drug screen to the extent permitted by law, as a condition of employment. Meet licensing requirements, as applicable, under state and/or local laws and regulations. Hold a valid driver's license for driving positions only.
