About the Role We're seeking a highly motivated and well-spoken individual with excellent customer interaction skills to join our team as a part-time remote outbound customer service representative. This role will be a hybrid of working from the office and working from home, with the majority of your time spent working remotely. As a critical link between our customers and our client base, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and driving business growth. Key Responsibilities Check in with our clients to perform quality control check-ins and update them on our growth and services Communicate crucial details to our customers regarding the value our services provide and which services are right for them Match customers to the right services and set proper expectations to ensure 100% customer satisfaction Make personal connections with homeowners while treating them with the highest level of respect Update internal databases with critical details and special requests from homeowners Provide outstanding customer service through interactions with homeowners over the phone and email Typical Duties Outbound calling and emailing to follow up on previous services to ensure trusted service quality Update clients on upcoming offers and packages to help improve their home and life quality Update internal databases with critical details and special requests from homeowners Provide outstanding customer service through interactions with homeowners over the phone and email Our Core Values At arenaflex, we're committed to living our core values every day.
