Your responsibilities will include: * Offering a minimum of 5 sessions per week, with the ability to flex up and offer additional sessions if desired * Being available to add additional hours during peak demand, subject to business discretion * Providing high-quality, evidence-based therapy services that meet the needs of our patients * Maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical case notes in our EMR system * Keeping your availability calendar up to date and communicating regularly with clinical leadership * Working collaboratively with a care team that includes health coaches, other therapists, psychiatrists, and external care providers * Being willing and motivated to become licensed in other states as needed Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to have: * A willingness and confidence to integrate cutting-edge technology into all aspects of your care * Clinical competence in evidence-based practices (CBT, DBT, ACT, Mindfulness, etc.) and measurement-based care * Knowledge, ability, and commitment to providing culturally responsive care * Knowledge of current research to integrate into your practice * Familiarity, comfort, and confidence with technology, including various applications, tech tools, Google web-apps, video conferencing, EMR, etc. * A licensed psychologist or master's degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or other relevant field * Licensure in California and residency in the US * An independent clinical license to practice in good standing (without need for clinical supervision) * Licensure in multiple states is highly valued * BC-TMH credential, if required by your state of license * 3+ years of experience providing clinical psychotherapy to individuals, couples, or families Pay and Benefits The Part-Time W2 Therapist role is paid on an hourly basis, with a base hourly rate ranging from $75-$80 per hour. Individual base hourly pay rate is determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to skills and scope required, relevant licensure and certifications, and unique relevant experience and job-related skills.
