Your daily duties may include, but are not limited to: Daily Responsibilities: Answering incoming telephones for Telemed Interviews, field offices, agents, brokers, applicants, and clients Handling complaints as needed and demonstrating a basic understanding of the paramedical process Acting as a mentor for teammates, providing training, and assisting with special projects Key Responsibilities: Interviews: Obtain health history and personal information from clients applying for insurance Customer Service: Promote professionalism and adhere to confidentiality agreements, supporting the mission statement to develop, enhance, and promote quality customer service through team efforts Training & Development: Attend and participate in development programs, maintain certification where applicable, and continue to improve skills Professional Image: Exhibit a professional demeanor at all times while representing arenaflex Goals & Objectives: Set goals and objectives for professional growth, review and revise these on an ongoing basis, and give input and support management/practice decisions Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need: A High School diploma or equivalent Good organizational skills, effective communication skills, and critical thinking The ability to work compatibly as a team member with co-workers The ability to logically think and determine the next step to pursue Preferred Qualifications: 6 months of customer service experience Knowledge of medical terminology Working Conditions: This is a part-time remote position, requiring 25-29 hours per week. You will need to be able to sit for extended periods, lift up to 10 lbs, and utilize a computer, monitor, and keyboard for assigned shifts.
