**Key Responsibilities**
As a Part-time Remote Fan Services Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through phone, email, and chat interactions. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Responding to inbound customer communications in a polite and efficient manner, even in high-pressure situations
* Answering product questions from customers and providing solutions based on individual needs
* Assisting customers with submitting internet orders, returns, exchanges, and warranty claims
* Providing technical and product information to help customers make informed purchasing decisions and reduce the risk of returns
* Leveraging product and technical knowledge to create revenue opportunities for the brand
* Making suggestions that may improve internal processes and result in improved customer experiences

**Minimum Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Previous customer service experience and internet call center service experience (preferably in an e-commerce environment)
* A high school diploma or GED equivalent
* The ability to work independently with minimal supervision

* Flexibility in working hours, with the ability to exceed 40 work hours at times to meet business needs
