Assisting in data entry, processing, and analysis to support business decisions and operational excellence
Providing technical support for IT projects and operations in Atlanta, GA, or Minneapolis-St. Paul, MN
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design, test, and implement decision-support systems and software applications
Utilizing various technologies, such as Java/JEE, JSON, Spring, Agile/DevOps delivery, API, JavaScript, C++, Python, REST, XML, web services, HTML, Oracle, and emerging mobile technologies
Creating performance dashboards and service-level agreements with different products using data analysis
Supporting the development, maintenance, enhancement, and support of our software applications and infrastructure environments
Essential Qualifications and Skills

A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, information technology, business administration)
Strong analytical, leadership, written, and verbal communication skills
