Why You'll Love This Job This role is part of the Benefits Group within the HR Division, where you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on the lives of our global colleagues. You'll be responsible for conducting research and analysis, and providing recommendations on global health and wellness programs for our international colleagues. What You'll Do Collaborate with local HR and Specialty units in our global locations to provide health and wellness benefits to our colleagues. Oversee global consulting and intermediary activities supporting global benefits. Assess the effectiveness of vendor services, identify opportunities for improvement, and lead the implementation of critical initiatives. Direct merchant compliance and ensure all service administrative requirements are managed within the contract strategies and procedures. Develop and implement health and wellness programs for our global colleagues. All You'll Need for Success Essential Qualifications Four-year college degree in a related field or equivalent experience/training. Two years of experience in independently gathering and analyzing data to identify trends. Preferred Qualifications Advanced knowledge of health and wellness industry trends, regulations, and best practices. Related experience with global benefits plans, including deliberate projects. Skills and Competencies Knowledge of broad benefits, including both self-funded and fully insured benefit plans, experience with voluntary and wellness programs. Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, logical and technical skills to analyze data and control data as part of plan analysis. Ability to independently create presentations suitable for senior-level review for proposed global benefits programs.
