As a remote data entry specialist, you will be part of a dynamic and growing team that values innovation, collaboration, and excellence. **Key Responsibilities** As a Part-time Remote Data Entry Specialist for Clinical Trials, your primary responsibilities will include: * Transcribing source data into various electronic data capture (EDC) systems per protocol requirements and following established standards * Verifying the integrity of data by comparing it to source documents * Following established standard operating procedures (SOPs), good clinical practice (GCP), and other applicable regulatory requirements in the execution of all EDC activities * Answering queries within the EDC system in a timely manner * Assisting the clinical research team with quality controls (QC) of patient files per ERA's established standards * Preparing and scanning documents into EDC systems and ERA's database * Assisting the clinical team with preparing for onsite monitoring visits for each study protocol **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you will need to possess: * A High School Diploma * High attention to detail * Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy * Strong organizational and time management skills * Flexibility during our company's growth stage * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision * Ability to effectively collaborate with other team members **Desired Skills & Qualifications** While not required, the following skills and qualifications are highly desirable: * 1-2 years of experience in data entry * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Experience with Microsoft Office * Knowledge of research EDC systems (Veeva Vault, Medrio, IBM, OpenClinica, MedidataRAVE, etc.) **Work Environment & Company Culture** As a remote data entry specialist, you will work from the comfort of your own home, with minimal supervision.
