As a remote data entry specialist, you'll have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who share your values and are committed to excellence. **Key Responsibilities** As a part-time remote data entry specialist, your key responsibilities will include: * Planning and examining financial data, including pay and expense reports, to ensure accuracy and compliance with arenaflex's financial policies and procedures. * Auditing and checking the accuracy of financial data entries and bookkeeping orders assigned to different accounts. * Applying sound accounting standards and creating or suggesting bookkeeping techniques and systems to improve efficiency and accuracy. * Educating or allocating work to accountants, bookkeeping agents, and other partners to participate in daily bookkeeping activities. * Arranging bookkeeping matters with different departments, areas, and divisions. * Participating in financial reporting and analysis. **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications: * Be at least 18 years old and lawfully authorized to work in the US. * Have a strong understanding of financial data entry processes and procedures. * Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Be able to work independently and as part of a team. * Have a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. * Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Access, and Word. **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: * 3 years of bookkeeping experience. * Proficiency in general ledger software, such as SAP or similar software. * Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues. **Skills and Competencies** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and competencies: * Financial analysis and reporting. * Written and verbal communication skills. * PC application skills, including Excel, Access, and general ledger software. * Ability to perform multiple tasks and balance high-priority responsibilities. * Strong organizational and time management skills. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to supporting the growth and development of our team members.
