Job Summary As a Part Time Remote Data Entry Specialist – Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for performing various data entry tasks, providing exceptional customer service, and working collaboratively with other team members to achieve business objectives. Key Responsibilities Utilize arenaflex's prescription data entry methods and guidelines to process new patient enrollments by entering information into the appropriate system. Handle patient medication requests within HIPAA guidelines and enter refill orders for processing. Investigate to obtain missing prescription information and interpret clinical abbreviations (SIG codes). Resolve all data entry-related exceptions. Handle communication with patients (inbound calls, chats, messages) and make outbound calls to prescribers and patients on a case-by-case basis. Resolve Third-Party Rejections by investigating, gathering information, making corrections, and resubmitting for processing according to individual plan requirements. Make phone calls to payers and others to obtain information, gain override approval, or otherwise resolve Third-Party Rejections. Provide support to Pharmacists, both those in the office and those at different locations. Identify and communicate issues to senior-level staff as appropriate. Acquire an active professional license or certification within the first 90 days and maintain an active professional license or certification. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. Basic level computer skills (e.g., start and shut down a computer, use a mouse to point and click, start and close programs, switch between applications, save files, print documents, and access information online). Basic web browser skills to include opening a browser, typing in URLs in the correct location, using a search engine, bookmarking a site, navigating using back/forward/stop buttons, and filling out forms online. Intermediate level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, formatting documents). Communicate effectively in writing and verbally. Preferred Qualifications At least one year of pharmacy technician experience in a retail or call center environment. Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services and assessment of customer satisfaction. Intermediate to advanced level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, formatting documents). Fluency in Spanish and English.
