As a key member of our Construction Department, you'll play a vital role in processing invoices, verifying GL coding, and assisting our Admin Office Manager with various duties.

**Key Responsibilities**
As a Part-Time Remote Data Entry Clerk - Typing Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* Processing all invoices in INFOR, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
* Verifying GL coding, creating and routing Purchase Orders as needed
* Receiving, stamping, and distributing incoming invoices for approval
* Electronic and paper filing of invoices processed as needed
* Assisting the Admin Office Manager with various duties, including administrative tasks and special projects
**Physical Requirements**
This role requires you to remain in a stationary position throughout much of the working day, with occasional movement about the office. You'll need to be able to operate a computer and other office productivity equipment with ease.
**Job Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Experience in data entry, with a strong track record of accuracy and efficiency
* Self-motivation, with minimal supervision required
* 10-key by touch preferred, but not essential
* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, with the ability to learn new software quickly
* Excellent communication skills (oral and written), with the ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively
* Familiarity with various office equipment, including printers, scanners, and fax machines
* Ability to pass a pre-placement drug/alcohol screen
