As a Customer Success Representative at blithequark, you'll be part of a talented team that's dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business success. **The Role** As a Customer Success Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for a mix of proactive and reactive customer success and support activities. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service, support, and satisfaction. True call center experience would be a plus. * Flexible/open availability. * Metrics-savvy & Proactive: experience monitoring metrics real-time and making decisions based on data to protect business stability and efficiency. * Accountable & Independent: you're self-directed and take pride in your work.
