Think critically to help our customers and provide solutions while adhering to high safety and regulatory standards. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: 1-2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to multi-task and think critically in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed. Must be able to pass a background check for a KY Rx Tech license. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience working in a remote or virtual environment. Knowledge of pet care and wellness services. Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software. Certification in customer service or a related field.
