Job Summary We're seeking an experienced and highly motivated Part-Time Remote Customer Service Associate to join our team. As a Compliance and Customer Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients, their drivers, and candidates in understanding and complying with D.O.T. and FCRA regulations. Key Responsibilities Perform outbound calls to execute employment verification procedures in accordance with company and federal guidelines. Enter and verify client data in various systems with attention to detail to maintain accurate, up-to-date records. Gather driver information to complete DOT compliance regulation tasks. Utilize multiple systems with speed and accuracy to execute compliance services. Stay informed about Foley's services and the compliance requirements pertinent to the industry. Protect company and client information in accordance with company policies and procedures. Maintain your understanding of Regulations and Foley products and services through continuous learning. Support Department of Transportation compliance activities. Enhance the company's positive image and provide exceptional customer service to associates and customers. Strict adherence to the applicable federal laws and company policies and procedures are a must. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills: Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Remote Work Experience: Consistent internet connectivity with prior remote work experience. Flexibility: Flexibility for shift-based work, including evenings, with a minimum of 20 hours and a maximum of 30 hours per week. Task Management: Demonstrated capability to manage multiple tasks concurrently while conducting outbound calls. Customer Service: Experience in and the aptitude to provide exceptional customer service. Computer Skills: Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook, along with the capability to effectively utilize internal systems. Confidentiality: Skilled in maintaining confidentiality and demonstrating professionalism. Integrity: Strong work ethic and exceptional integrity. Preferred Qualifications In addition to the requirements listed above, we prefer candidates with the following qualifications and skills: Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with D.O.T. and FCRA regulations. Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a call center or customer support environment. Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software, data entry, and other relevant technical skills. Language Skills: Fluency in multiple languages, particularly Spanish, is a plus.
