**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Prior experience in a call center environment, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, customers, and co-workers
* Strong typing skills and ability to work with multiple computer applications
* High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED)
* Ability to commit to 3 weeks of full-time paid training, and work a flexible schedule, including ONE weekend day
* Availability on Saturdays and holidays, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability
