As a remote chat support specialist, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with our clients to provide exceptional customer support and experience. **Key Responsibilities** As a remote chat support specialist, you will be responsible for: * Interacting with website visitors and providing information through simple, often pre-written messages * Handling inquiries and responding to customer support questions via live chat on businesses' websites and social media accounts * Occasionally offering sales links and discounts to potential new customers * Managing customer interactions with ease and providing a positive experience for our clients' customers * Working independently and closely following provided steps and instructions * Maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency in a fast-paced environment **What You Will Be Doing** As a live chat agent, you will be handling incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses' websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers.
