Job Summary We're seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to own the applicant funnel from sourcing to final hiring manager interviews for all open positions. Key Responsibilities Own the applicant funnel: From sourcing to final hiring manager interviews for all open positions, you'll be responsible for ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process. Optimize job posting strategies: Identify the most effective platforms for sourcing top talent and develop strategies to maximize our reach and impact. Track and report on hiring metrics: Stay on top of key performance indicators and provide data-driven insights to inform our hiring decisions. Stay up-to-date on recruiting best practices: Continuously research and implement the latest trends and strategies to enhance our recruitment processes. Drive efficiencies and implement automation tools: Streamline our recruitment operations by leveraging technology and process improvements. Advise on HR best practices: As we scale, you'll play a key role in shaping our HR strategy and ensuring we maintain a competitive edge. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: 3-5 years of experience in recruitment management: A strong focus on optimizing processes and driving results is essential. Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS): Experience with platforms like Breezy HR, Workable, or similar is a must. Strong organizational skills: The ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and maintain a high level of productivity is crucial. Expertise in creating automations and driving operational efficiency: A data-driven mindset and a focus on continuous improvement are essential for success in this role. Experience working asynchronously in a fully remote environment: You'll need to be comfortable working independently and collaboratively with a global team. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, startup environment: A scrappy, resourceful, persistent, and positive attitude is a must. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications would be a plus: Experience working in a public relations or technology industry: A deep understanding of our industry and its challenges would be beneficial.
