Utilize various tutoring formats, such as by-appointment-only, walk-in, study groups, embedded tutoring, or online tutoring, to accommodate diverse student needs and preferences
Develop and implement effective tutoring strategies to promote student understanding, retention, and academic achievement
Maintain accurate records of tutoring sessions, student progress, and other relevant information
Collaborate with faculty, staff, and other tutors to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment

Qualifications and Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following qualifications:
Professional Tutors: Hold a degree in a related field of study
Peer Tutors: Be an excellent student with a strong academic record, achieving an overall GPA of at least 3.0 and a minimum grade of A- in the subject(s) tutored
Ability to work effectively with students from diverse backgrounds, cultures, and academic levels
