Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and charismatic Customer Service Representative to join our team on a part-time basis, working nights and weekends in a remote/hybrid environment. As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers, answering their questions, and providing solutions to their problems. Your excellent communication skills, positive attitude, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will make you a valuable asset to our team. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and respond to customer requests in a timely and professional manner Book appointments for members with a high degree of data accuracy, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up Maintain excellent written and verbal communication skills, consistently providing clear and concise information to customers Identify and escalate issues to supervisors, ensuring prompt resolution and minimizing customer dissatisfaction Adapt to fast-changing guidelines and procedures, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn Inform clients by explaining procedures, answering questions, and providing information, ensuring a positive and informative experience Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines, contributing to the overall success of our team Essential Qualifications High school graduate or G.E.D., demonstrating a foundation in education and a commitment to learning Minimum of one year experience in an inbound/outbound call center or retail environment, preferably in the home improvement industry Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner Ability to multitask, speaking on the phone, using the computer, and keyboard simultaneously, while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy Ability to type at least 25 words per minute, ensuring efficient data entry and communication Experience in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining established quality requirements, and contributing to a positive and supportive team environment Must be able to pass a background check, demonstrating integrity and a commitment to our company values Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a remote or hybrid work environment, demonstrating self-motivation and discipline Knowledge of the home improvement industry, with a understanding of customer needs and expectations Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software, demonstrating technical proficiency and adaptability Certifications or training in customer service, sales, or a related field, showcasing a commitment to professional development What We Offer At blithequark, we are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and inclusive work environment, opportunities for growth and development, and a comprehensive range of benefits.
