Job Description We are seeking an experienced and motivated Part-Time Insurance Agent to join our team in Chennai. Key Responsibilities Prospect and sell LIC insurance products to potential customers, leveraging your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Develop and maintain a strong customer base, providing personalized service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product offerings, and regulatory requirements to provide expert advice and guidance to customers. Meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions. Collaborate with our team to share best practices, provide feedback, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our sales processes. Commission Structure We offer a competitive commission structure, with incentives for outstanding performance. Our commission cycle is bi-monthly, with payments made on the 1st and 16th of every month. The commission rates vary depending on the product term, as follows: For policies with terms of more than 15 years: 25% + 10% (bonus) commission for all first-year premiums, then 7.5% each in the second and third years, followed by 5% every year throughout the policy term. Term 10-14 years: 20% + 8% (bonus) for 1st-year premium, then 7.5% each in the second and third years, followed by 5% every year throughout the policy term. Term 5-9 years: 10% + 4% (bonus) for 1st-year premium, then 5% every year throughout the policy term. In other terms, the commission is based on the products. Why Choose LIC Insurance?
