Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Part-Time Hybrid Clinical Dietitian to join our exceptional Nutrition Team. This role involves delivering inpatient clinical services through a combination of on-site and remote engagements across multiple facilities, contributing to our commitment to health and wellness. As a Part-Time Hybrid Clinical Dietitian, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care. Key Responsibilities The following are the key responsibilities of the Part-Time Hybrid Clinical Dietitian role: Deliver medical nutrition therapy, which includes conducting comprehensive nutrition assessments, modifying diets, providing nutrition education, and implementing interventions for patients. Follow the guidelines established in the Company Diet Manual and Clinical Nutrition Policies & Procedures Manual. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory standards, including federal, state, and accrediting agency requirements, while respecting patient confidentiality and HIPAA regulations. Mentor and train patient services staff and interns as required. Engage in patient satisfaction initiatives, departmental meetings, and facility-wide Quality Assurance/Performance Improvement programs. Required Skills To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications: Credentialed as a Registered Dietitian by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR). Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience with electronic medical records & diet office systems. Familiarity with nutrient analysis programming. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Qualifications The following qualifications are required for this role: Credentialed as a Registered Dietitian by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR). Licensed by the State Dietetics Licensing/Credentialing Board where applicable. Preferred: A minimum of one (1) year of experience in a hospital setting.
