Key Responsibilities: Assist Housekeepers in maintaining all hotel property guest rooms, including removing linens and trash from assigned rooms Transport dirty linens, towels, and trash to the linen room and loading dock Deliver items requested by guests, ensuring prompt and efficient service Issue machines, cribs, and air mattresses as needed in guest rooms Restock linen rooms, sweep and clean the linen floor and room daily Remove trash and recycle materials to designated areas throughout the day Prioritize tasks and follow work assignments in a timely manner Essential Qualifications: Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work in various areas, conditions, and shifts Committed to working various shift times, including AM/PM Proactive and able to communicate concerns and react to situations Must use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), hand tools, power equipment, and cleaning products Willing to get dirty and clean up others' messes Enthusiastic about interacting and helping guests Able to read, write, and speak the English language Proficient in using mobile devices (iPhone, iPad, etc.) Self-directed and able to complete repetitive tasks while maintaining quality Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in a cleaning environment (housekeeping, kitchen, restaurant, or other busy cleaning environments) Previous experience in a self-directed role requiring little follow-up or supervision Knowledge of Hawaiian or Japanese language preferred Enjoys cleaning and takes pride in maintaining a clean and organized environment What We Offer: As a valued member of our team, you'll enjoy a range of benefits and perks, including: Competitive hourly rate of $21.70 Tuition paid upfront at network schools Free lunch Free parking Free theme park admission and more!
