Key Responsibilities As a Part-Time Home Care Scheduler, you will be responsible for: Scheduling clients' Home Health/Hospice services with clinician continuity, ensuring that clients receive the most effective and efficient care. Identifying client needs and scheduling clinicians with the appropriate competencies to match client level of care. Exercising judgment in determining the most effective and efficient method of scheduling and rescheduling patients. Providing optimal levels of communication with patients, clinicians, clinical managers, physicians, and homecare coordinators. May also provide coverage for multiple sites and/or Hospice support. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: Computer efficiency with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. Experience in a healthcare-related field or home care experience preferred. Attention to detail.
