**A Day in the Life of a Food and Beverage Customer Support Team Lead**

As a Food and Beverage Customer Support Team Lead, no two days are ever the same, but a typical day will likely include the following responsibilities:

* Understand sales objectives, plan, and execute daily/weekly responsibilities to meet store and office sales objectives and customer engagement
* Including planning food service initiatives, corrections, sales plans, inspections, promotions, and cost change responsibilities
* Collaborate with colleagues to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall shopping experience
* Develop and implement strategies to improve inventory management, stock accuracy, and sanitation processes
* Provide coaching and training to hourly colleagues to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles
* Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement

**Essential Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

* 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retail or food service environment
* Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork
* Basic math skills and attention to detail, with the ability to accurately manage inventory and sales data
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

**Preferred Qualifications**

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset in this role:

* Experience in a leadership or supervisory role, with a focus on team development and performance management
* Knowledge of inventory management software and systems
* Familiarity with sales data analysis and customer feedback tools
* Certification in food safety and sanitation, or willingness to obtain certification
