**Job Summary**
As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality data entry services to our clients, ensuring accuracy, and meeting key performance metrics. You will work closely with our multinational team, collaborating in a virtual environment, and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to changes.
**Responsibilities**
* Conduct data entry processes to create a database according to client requirements, including selecting and validating data, and products, and checking their correctness in internal applications.
* Work as part of a multinational team, liaising with other European arenaflex Offices.
* Collaborate daily in a virtual environment, building knowledge and understanding of FMCG categories and markets in different geographies.
* Provide customers with outstanding service, responding to inquiries, implementing change requests, and solving issues.
* Strive for constant improvement by suggesting process changes and ensuring key performance metrics are met, including on-time delivery and quality.
**Qualifications**
* A good level of both written and spoken English (B1).
* Computer literacy, especially in MS Excel.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to adapt easily to changes.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
