Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
Current Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with an endorsement in English and ESL (English as a Second Language)
Knowledge of best practices in supporting students' ability to learn and develop their language skills
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents such as correspondence, surveys, and electronic media
Ability to write professional communications and present information effectively to individuals and groups
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff and community members
