As a Digital Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for managing a high volume of contacts through inbound calls, emails, and chats, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service and support. You will be working from home, with a set schedule every three weeks, and must be able to commit to 40 hours of training upfront.
Key Responsibilities
Provide outstanding service to customers, responding to questions and concerns related to website use, availability, programs, promotions, returns, shipping policies, and general product information
Work efficiently and effectively to meet Service Level Agreement (SLA) goals and ensure a first-stop resolution experience for customers
Ensure the accuracy of all work assigned and thoroughly document every customer contact
Offer alternative product choices and options when needed, and use effective questioning techniques to resolve issues quickly
Collaborate with the team to provide best-in-class service to all customers, and maintain a cheerful outlook in a fast-paced environment
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have some college, technical school, or related call center/customer support experience. You should be able to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, overtime, and Saturdays, when needed. Excellent phone and customer service skills, proficient writing skills, and knowledge of database software, internet software, and Microsoft Office are essential.
