About the Role We are seeking an experienced Part-Time Data Entry Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and quality of our data management processes. Key Responsibilities Review and Verify Data : Review reports and data sheets to ensure accuracy and completeness, and verify, correct, and delete unnecessary data or combine data from various sources. Data Entry and Management : Enter information into spreadsheets, databases, and customer relationship management systems, and maintain a detailed record of tasks, records, and progress made. Research and Analysis : Search for information on websites, analyze completed work for duplication or errors in content, and request further information for documents that are considered incomplete. Communication and Interpersonal Skills : Demonstrate strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders. Technical Skills : Possess strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and ability to handle multiple tasks to prioritize needs and expedite tasks on demand. Accuracy and Attention to Detail : Maintain accurate typing skills and computer literacy, including word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software, as well as databases and client database systems. Essential Qualifications Intermediate Spreadsheet Experience : Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to create and manage complex spreadsheets. Database Management : Experience with database management systems and ability to enter and manage data accurately and efficiently. Communication and Interpersonal Skills : Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders. Technical Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and ability to learn new software and systems quickly. Computer Literacy : Strong computer literacy, including word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software, as well as databases and client database systems. Preferred Qualifications Pivot Table Experience : Experience with pivot tables and ability to create and manage complex pivot tables. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Systems : Experience with CRM systems and ability to enter and manage customer data accurately and efficiently. Project Management : Experience with project management software and ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Language Skills : Proficiency in multiple languages, including English, Spanish, and/or French.
