About the Role The Part-time Data Entry Specialist position is a remote opportunity that offers a competitive hourly pay rate and the potential for career advancement. This is a 3-4 month contract position, with the possibility of extension or conversion to a permanent role. Key Responsibilities Enter data into internal and external systems with high accuracy and attention to detail Input and load client employee payroll information and personal employee information in a timely and accurate manner Update client and company level information, including delivery addresses and contact information, to maintain accurate account information Input State Unemployment Insurance rate changes to ensure integrity of client taxes Work collaboratively with our team to achieve data management goals and objectives Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong foundation in data entry and a keen eye for detail.
