**Key Responsibilities:**
As a Part-Time Data Entry Representative, you will be responsible for:
* **Data Entry:** Accurately and efficiently enter patient and account data into our internal accounting system, using text-based and numerical information from our hospital system.
* **Query Response:** Respond to queries for information and access relevant files, providing excellent customer service to hospital partners, patients, attorneys, and other agencies working with our patient population.
* **File Management:** Edit and/or create PDF files or Excel files as needed.
* **HIPAA Compliance:** Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines at all times.
* **Other Duties:** Perform other duties as assigned by management.
**Qualifications and Requirements:**
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:
* **Education:** High School diploma required.
* **Technical Skills:** Good working knowledge of MS Office, Windows, and Exchange email required.
* **Customer Service:** Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly, courteous, and helpful demeanor.
* **Communication:** Ability to effectively communicate both in writing and verbally, as well as interact in a professional manner with colleagues, patients, public, and client staff members.

* **Organizational and Planning Skills:** Excellent organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
