Key Responsibilities Data Entry and Management: Input data into various software systems with high accuracy and efficiency, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and easily accessible. Data Verification and Review: Review and verify the accuracy of data before entering it into the system, and update records as needed. Communication and Collaboration: Communicate with team members regularly to ensure data integrity and consistency, and collaborate with various departments to ensure all information is current and accessible. Data Cleansing and Analysis: Assist with data cleansing and ensure that all outdated or incorrect information is removed, and generate reports as requested to analyze data for trends or errors. Confidentiality and Security: Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive company information, adhering to our data protection policies and procedures. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred. Experience: Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar role. Typing Skills: Excellent typing skills (minimum 50 WPM) with high accuracy. Technical Skills: Familiarity with spreadsheets and data management software. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot errors. Communication Skills: Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Self-Motivation: Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
